Ramona Senior Center
The Ramona Senior Center (same building as Community Center) is open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The center is closed on weekends and legal holidays.
Dinner style meals are served at noon daily. The monthly menu and dates and times of various social service activities are available along with the free monthly newsletter.
Meals are delivered to the homebound within Ramona, Julian, Mesa Grande, Santa Isabel and Warner Springs.
Bingo is played every Thursday from 1 PM to 4 PM. $250 top prize. Lots of games and refreshments.

ELIGIBILITY
The program is established to serve the senior citizens living in the Ramona or outlying areas. Any person age 60 or over is eligible to participate in the program. The spouse of any age 60 or over participant is also eligible, regardless of age. Anyone under age 60 will be charged a fee of $4.00 for the noon meal. This is not a welfare program; income is not a criterion for eligibility.
Though not a requirement, a lunch donation of $3.00 from seniors is appreciated. All donations are confidential. Non seniors $4.00.
VOLUNTEERS
Volunteer services are critical to the continued operation of the center. If you have a little free time and enjoy working with some wonderful people, please contact the Volunteer Coordinator. All help is greatly appreciated!
RESERVATIONS
Noon meal reservations are requested. Please make a reservation one-day ahead. If a cancellation is necessary, please call 760-789-0440 before 9:00 a.m.
